History
A house with a rich history
The mansion at 8 rue Jean Goujon, with its beautiful Haussmannian façade, was commissioned in 1866 by the Duchess of Rivoli and Princess of Essling, Anne Debelle, to the famous architect Auguste Pellechet. In 1919, the Maison des Centraux, which later became the Maison des Centraliens, acquired the mansion to establish its headquarters, thanks to funds contributed by former students of the Ecole Centrale.
